Random oil pastel! No idea what the creature is, but its sitting on a little arm of land with rocks on in the sea, personally I think it looks best from a distance. Enjoy!

Hehe, if only, I'm awful at it. Neah, this is solid-ish oil pastel things, a bit like chalk pastel... its more waxy than oil paint... at least I think it is, I'm not very experienced with oil paints. I'm only good with acrylic and sort of water colour paints so far, but I'm working on oil paints!

I love it, best way to get your fingers messy smudging the colours together XD

You're kidding? way cool. I'm still timid with PRISMACOLOR!!!! of course I do use the professinal makers. those are fun.

Ahhh lash out with the colours! It's the best way to start even if it does look terrible to begin with, I find rather than trying to start making a master piece first time around just random splodges of colour adn texture are good, just learning the way it works first is probably the best place to start.... I should really remember my own moto next time I'm trying to fathom oils! XD
